Watch as Youtuber Dan, from Plant Abundance, shares the early years of how he set up his urban food forest.
It started as a lawn, now he has a diverse mini forest garden with plums, pomegranates, perennial vegetables and annuals.
Dan learnt to keep his raised beds flexible so he could work on the right layout over several years, and brought in more light by taking down large bordering trees.
This is a great example of how urban gardens can easily be transformed into an edible paradise over just a few years.
