Maddy and Tim Harland from Permaculture Magazine explain how to 'bait' the hive to mimic Queen pheromones, film the scout bees arriving the day before and then the full swarm entering the hive the next day.
Bees return to the same locations year after year and it is easy to catch swarms and then carefully house them in hives.
