Stephen Barstow, author of, Around the World in 80 Plants, travels the world speaking about his 'edimental' experiences.

Stephen lives in Norway, and grows over 2,000 plants in his near Arctic Circle garden, most of which are edible perennials.

He has fresh leaves and vegetables all year round, and is known as the extreme salad man - in 2003 he made a salad from 538 different varieties.

In this 3 part, 3 hour film he talks about growing perennials, 'edimentals', and about half of the 80 plants featured in his book.
